FAQ

  • What is grief therapy?

Grief therapy is a type of counseling that helps individuals cope with the emotional, mental, and physical effects of loss. This can include the death of a loved one, miscarriage, divorce, loss of a pet, or other major life transitions.

Sessions are client-led and tailored to your needs. You might talk, process emotions, explore memories, or develop coping tools. Sometimes we focus on simply being present with your grief—there’s no pressure to “move on” or “be fixed.”

  • What is a Journey?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Is this a good fit for me?

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, isolated, or unable to manage day-to-day life after a loss, therapy can help. You don’t need to “wait until things get worse”—grief therapy offers a space to feel heard and supported at any stage of your grieving process.
